Delivery
We will arrive at your chalet with all your gear shortly after you have settled in and one of our experienced technicians will ensure that your boots fit you correctly (as most of us need to try various boots to find one that fits our foot size and morphology best we will always carry spares). We are also on hand throughout the duration of your stay should you have any queries or wish to exchange your equipment and try something else, if it's an emergency we will get to you as quickly as possible at the base of the piste or if less urgent in the evening at your accommodation.
Convenience
We operate Mon – Fri from 8 AM until 8 PM in the evening and from 8 AM until 10 PM on Sat and Sun, if you require our services outside these hours please contact us and we will make alternative arrangements.
